This pressure cooker has a 5 years warranty from the date of purchase for defects in material or workmanship and will be repaired or replaced within its warranty period.
Wear and tear is not a defect. Normal replacement parts namely, safety valve, gasket, plastic handles, nut and screws are not covered under this warranty.
The complete cooker under complaint must be returned to us or our authorised dealer along with this warranty card.
The cooker must be used as per instructions. Damage due to negligence, mishandling or half closing of lid is not covered in the warranty.
Using half closed (Half closing is if one handle is not exactly above the other) or bent cooker may cause accident and no warranty is provided for the same.
Genuine spare parts must be used for replacements.
The cooker should not be damaged by any repair by any unauthorised person or dealer.
Subject to the above mentioned terms and conditions any defective part or the whole cooker shall be repaired or replaced at our discretion.
However manufacturer's liability under any or all circumstances is limited to the cost of rectifying defects or the price of the product which ever is less & manufacturer is not responsible for any direct or indirect loss, to man or material. Manufacturer's decision shall be final and binding on the customer in all type of complaints.
