Instructions

1. Check that the vent tube is clear by looking through it.

2. Place enough water in the ratio of one cup for every 10 minutes.

3. Do not fill the cooker more than two-third and only half for frothing foods.

4. Place the cooker only on a domestic stove.

5. Take the cooker off the stove using only it's plastic handles.

6. Make certain unit is closed properly before operation. Improper use may result in injury as the appliance cooks under pressure.

7. Never place anything over the weight while cooking.

8. When starting to pressure cook, close lid without the weight on the vent tube & place it only after steam starts coming out of the tube.

9. Never attempt to force open the cooker. Open the cooker only when internal pressure has been released. Any pressure in the cooker can be hazardous.

10. Never use this appliance for pressure frying.

11. Never use the cooker for deep frying or baking.

12. Do not stretch rubber gasket as it may distort.

Cleaning

1. Always keep the vent tube clean by pushing a wire through it & look through it before use.

2. Preferably use soft water for washing the cooker.

3. Use Tartaric acid or Citric acid or Fresh lime in 1 litre water and boil for 30 minutes to keep the cooker stain free inside.

4. Clean the vent weight by using a jet of water to clean its steam channel
